Ordering
How do I place an order?
Request a free quote using the quote form. Once you accept the quote we issue an invoice for payment, then prepare a digital file (proof) of your patch for approval before production.
What is the smallest quantity I can order?
You can order as few as 2 patches. Larger orders come with substantial savings on the price of each patch.
How is the price worked out?
Each quote is based on size, quantity, embroidery coverage, number of colours, border and backing. The patches guide explains each option.
Artwork and design
Which artwork files can I upload?
The quote form accepts PNG, JPG, JPEG, AI, PDF, EPS, TIFF, DOC, DOCX, PPT and PPTX files up to 5 MB each. You can upload two files.
I do not have artwork. Can you design my patch?
Yes. Describe your idea in the comments box of the quote form, or upload a sketch or photo, and our designers will create it for you.
Will I see my patch before it is made?
Yes. You receive a digital proof to approve before production starts.
Shapes, sizes and backings
What shape can my patch be?
Any shape you need, with any border and backing, including fully custom cut to shape designs.
What size should I choose?
Most patches are between 2″ and 5″. Give us the height and width in inches on the quote form. If you are unsure, tell us where the patch will go and we will advise.
Which backing should I choose?
Sew on is the strongest and best for leather jackets and vests. Iron on is quick and easy on cotton and denim. Hook and loop (Velcro) makes patches removable.
